As our music video will be in the pop genre we will follow the conventions of this to make sure that our target audience knows that this is the genre. Each of the pop music artists above have created their look and have used makeup to establish this, there are also key articles in magazines such as 'Just Pop' that describe exactly how to wear makeup exactly like a key music artist.

With this convention of pop music artists in mind we have decided, as a group, that the female characters within our music video will be fully made up and look just like the artists above.
